Today marks our 14th anniversary and I would do it all over again. Life with Paul is full of laughter, encouragement and grand adventure. With Paul's extreme undying passion for the people and country of Africa, I knew when I married him that going to Africa was not a matter of "if" but "when." But, I must admit, God's timing for this trip is blowing my mind. God's word says that He will do exceedingly and abundantly more than we could ever ask or imagine and that is certainly true in this case. Wow!
Never ever would I have imagined:
* That we would be traveling to Africa during a long season of
unemployment for Paul.
* That God would move the heart of a close friend to send us.
* That Micah and Kaden would taking their first international mission
trip at 10 and 8 years of age.
* That two very good friends would ask, "Can I take one of your suitcases home and fill it for the orphans? "What do the children need?" "If it weighs more than fifty pounds can I pay the difference?"
And the list goes on. EVERY need we have is being taken care of because the Lord is the stirring hearts of His children and you are responding.
Lord, will you abundantly bless everyone who has helped make this ministry trip possible. Please bless them with your presence and love and prosper them in everything they set their hands to do.
